Eurasian Creaspace Networking (ECN) will bring 5 European and 5 Asian cultural managers respectively to Kunming (China) on 20-23 September and Valencia (Spain) on 23-26 October 2016. They will exchange good practices with local cultural professionals, academics and policy-makers.
